At Element Brooklyn, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be at least 50% full and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your beauty products in their original box or a padded mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
